I know it has been over a month since I updated. I made an apt on May 28hth, called them back few days later to set up another apt 2 weeks before that so I can get this moving along and get it over with.
Well the apt I called to make I had to cancel due to my husband being very sick and I had no way to get there.
I got sick a week before my May 28th apt the original apt. I had the most wicked cough for 2 weeks. I had to cancel that apt and rescheduled a week later.
I went in finally after 5 weeks of not seeing my dentist last Thursday. He filled my top left teeth. I was so happy to see at lest either the top or bottom left done since some of my teeth are sharp and cuts my mouth up.
Before I go any further about my last Thursday Apt. The very first filling apt I had root canal done on the top right side. Not only I had 3 he saw he found 2 more. Yes I was in agony for a week and half. I was on pain pills for about 4 or 5 days. The other days I sucked it up cause I did not want to be taking too much pills. You know what happens when taking to much meds. You get bound up really bad and got issues going to the bathroom. Yeah really bad.
Other than that I feel great, I still have my temporary filling there. I will be asking him on my next apt which is tomorrow. Yay I am so looking forward the novocain.
Tomorrow I go in at 2 pm and he will do the bottom left. That is the biggest that needs done. Then the worst is over. I will have the bottom right left that needs done but there is only 2 there so that is nothing. Only problem I have is that I still hurt from where he shot me with novocane.
I am still hurting pretty bad on the top left. I think the only think would cause that is that my nerves were exposed for so long and he filled it, so being exposed and then covered. Your not used to that. I will ask him tomorrow about that as well.
Now he has emailed Dr.Peirce who operated on me 15 years ago from my very first Jaw Surgery. He has not heard back. He has not stopped trying. He is trying very hard to get this fixed and make me feel so good.
As far as the Cochlear Implant. I will be seeing a doctor at the Eye and Ear Hospital. The founder of the Beautiful Smiles wants to wait until I get my benefits.
Speaking of that I finally will be covered on July first. I just got my benefit card on Saturday. I am finally covered. I am getting there 1 step at a time.
Keep checking back for more updates.
